After my 60 years as an evangelical, I found the Anglican church and the observance of Eucharist each Sunday draws me to attend in person. I have come to see my need for the spiritual food. Our bread and wine are consecrated but unlike Catholicism, all who believe in Jesus are welcome to come and receive.

The left over elements are not thrown away but returned to the earth with reverence. So, I totally understand this need for More + in our churches today. I’m so full of joy when I attend church and mine is full of young families with lots of kids! Thank you!

Another great post, Richard. there is tension in this practice, but I think that much of our following Jesus brings tension - -being in the world, but not of the worlds.
