All I know is that I had to get my head on straight before I could see clearly enough to look for God. Said in another way, I was the Prodigal who "came to himself"... that had to come first. Was it therapy or repentance? A difference without a distinction?
I like this way of thinking. I am a spiritual person who believes in God, I pray daily, I believe in miracles. And I also found healing through extensive psychotherapy for PTSD that I could not find in prayer or meditation. I believe in science and I believe in God.

I talk to Jesus Christ, and in some mysterious ways He talks to me. Does that make me crazy . . . or just plain sane?
