I would submit a huge part of the problem is the sociological train wreck of the nuclear family isolated from extended family and a wider community. These present their own set of problems as do all endeavors of a fallen humanity in desperate need of redemption.
I’d agree with this... our society is not designed to support children and the process of parenting. We have 4 children, as does my brother and his wife, and we have often reflected on how the ways the schools operate and the ways society works is just indifferent, or actively hostile, to raising healthy thriving adults. I think this is why so many people with more than 2 kids end up homeschooling, which then can lead to even more divides in how society works. No good answers for us, but staying in our marriages has been huge for both me and my brother.
Dusting baseboards is for people without kids.
